<p>A teat cup assembly for a milking machine is provided with a liner (3) arranged within the teat cup and with connections (4, 5) for pulsating vacuum and milk transport vacuum respectively. The teat cup has also a valve in its lower part, to open and close a connection between the interior of the teat cup liner (3) and the milk transport line.</p><p>The valve means is arranged such that when the valve body is in the position where the connection is open, the flow of milk past the valve body (6) is unrestricted. The valve body (6) may be biased to its open position by gravity or by magnetic force.</p> |
