PURPOSE:To machine the whole periphery to be machined with uniform roughness and high accuracy without steps generated between electrodes by equipping the machining electrode in which independent machining pulse is supplied to the interval between the combination of each devided electrode and a peripheral electrode of the machining electrode and the material to be machined. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of devided electrodes 5a-5c are devided into desired number s corresponding to the shape of a machining electrodes, and they are insulated by way of mutual space between each devided electrode or insulating materials 6a, 6b and are assembled. An outer peripheral electrode containing the outer periphery of the assembled electrodes being respectively divided assembles also with the interval between said peripheral electrode and each devided electrode into insulations 6c, 6d. Accordingly, the electrodes 5a-5c and the peripheral electrode 7 are mutually insurated, and independent discharging gap is formed between said electrodes and the object to be machined. Independent machining pulses are supplied to said discharging gap from each terminal 8a-8c. Then, as the wall surface of the hole to be worked is machined by one outer peripheral electrode, the steps generated between the electrode do not occur. Thus, the machining along the whole periphery is performed with uniform roughness and high accuracy. |
