PURPOSE:To detect the compression force to a stator coil by forming radial pressing and fixing means on the outer periphery of a stator coil disposed on the outer periphery of an insulating cylinder and on the inner periphery of a magnetic shield and bonding a strain gauge on the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A stator coil 4 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of an insulating cylinder 3, an interlayer insulating plate 6 and an insulating spacer 7 are inserted, an insulating retainer 5 is contacted on the outer periphery of the coil 4 to form a coil assembly, which is inserted into the inner periphery of a magnetic shield 1 formed on a cylindrical shape integral with laminated silicon steel plates or the like, a wedge 8 split in thicknesswise direction in a pair between the gaps between the plates and formed in a tapered shape on the bonded surfaces are axially hitted to radially press the coil 4. A strain gauge 11 is bonded onto the inner periphery of an insulating cylinder 3, thereby measuring the circumferential stress of the cylinder 3 and detecting the radial compression force to the coil 4. |
