<p>TITLE OF THE INVENTION: SEPARATION NOZZLE MODULE A separation nozzle module, suitable for double detour nozzle arrangements, separates the components of gas or vapor mixtures which have differing molecular weights into light fractions (L1, L2) and a heavy fraction (s). The separation nozzle module may be in the form of a prismatic hexagonal profile pipe. The assembly comprises at least three structural parts, a gas supply chamber (21) for the starting gas (A), a gas discharge chamber (22) for the heavy fraction (S), and a central body (15) arranged between the supply chamber and discharge chamber. The central body includes a common space and extrusion bands (16) each having a plurality of dovetail nozzle recesses (37, 44, 45) for holding and providing the nozzles. Starting gas (A) enters into the supply chamber (21) and then into the extrusion band and nozzle separating zone. Separated fractions are removed through different passageways and chambers formed by the elements of the module. 1247/db</p> |
