PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of bending work by providing a pusher etc. that presses material in either a punch or a die block that bends a thin plate material and making energizing force of the pusher adjustable. CONSTITUTION:Titled device consists of a punch 22 and a die block 28 for pressing and bending a thin plate material 42, a pusher 30 provided in either the punch 22 or the block 28 allowing free movement and having surface form that corresponds bending form, an energizing member 35 that energizes the pusher 30 and an adjusting device that adjusts energizing force. The material 42 is pressed by the pusher energized by above-mentioned member 35, and bent at high accuracy. |
