摘要

The slalom gate pole or road marking post has upper and lower portions (4a,4b) between which extends a flexible connecting member (7) made of wire, plastics or rubber. A helical spring (3) surrounds the connecting member and is coaxial with it. The spring is pref. made of square cross-section spring wire and defines a joint body. A connecting spring (11) bears against one of the portions of the post and exerts a spring force, on the spring defining the joint body. The upper part of the post can be bent in any direction against the action of the connecting spring and will be restored to its upright position when the force is removed.
