发明名称 SEPARATION AND PURIFICATION FOR CARBON MONOXIDE EXCELLENT IN RECOVERY EFFICIENCY
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance the degree of recovery of gaseous CO by performing both decarbonation of the first step PSA and denitrification of the second step PSA and pressurizing the first step adsorption tower finished with a purging process by means of both the decompressed return gas of the second adsorption tower and the first step product gas. CONSTITUTION:A gaseous raw material is sent to an adsorption tower 5 via a compressor 1 to adsorb gaseous CO2 and nonadsorbed gas is allowed to flow to adsorption towers 8-11. After finishing adsorption process, the adsorption tower 5 is decompressed and released from pressure and furthermore reduced by a vacuum pump 3 and then purged by waste gas fed from the denitrification PSA devices 8-11 and thereafter pressurized by the decompressed return gas fed from the denitrification PSA which is sent through a connecting pipe 66 and furthermore pressurized by product gas fed from adsorption towers 5-7. In the adsorption towers 8-11, CO is adsorbed and these towers are decompressed and released from pressure and purged by gaseous CO product and decompressed by a vacuum pump 4 and pressurized by the decompressed and pressure-released gas fed from the other tower and thereby gaseous CO is recovered in a buffer tank 13.</p>
