PURPOSE:To shorten the transmitting period of a series data between a key telephone and a terminal controller, by dividing the key telephone sets into the group having several units, and controlling each of these divided groups by plural terminal controllers. CONSTITUTION:The information transmitted from a key telephone set 2 is sent to a terminal controller 6 in the form of a series data via a data transmission/ reception cable 4. The controller 6 converts the data of all telephones 2 into parallel data and stores them to a common memory 7. A primary device 1 reads out the button information, etc. stored in the memory 7 at a time point when all controllers 6 store the data and then stores the produced lamp information, etc. in the memory 7 after an analysis of the button information. The lamp information, etc. stored in the memory 7 is converted into the series data by each controller 6 and then fed to each telephone 2 to put on the corresponding lamp. |
