SYSTEM FOR EDITING VIDEO SIGNAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To automatically edit output signals of plural VTRs in one long tape so as to reduce the labor required for exchanging tapes of each VTR, by sending out output signals of plural VTRs by switching them with a switcher. CONSTITUTION:A switcher 11 selectively outputs the output signal of a VTR 1 by control signals to supply the output signal to a VTR 12 for recording. The VTR 12 for recording is already started by the control signal of a control circuit 13 and records the output signal on a long video tape. On the other hand, VTRs 2-5 sets the cartridge tapes on standby in a program serching state at several seconds before the starting position of commercial messages. The VTR 2 is started several seconds before the reproduction of video signals and the switcher 11 selectively outputs the output signal of the VTR 2 following to the completion of the reproduction of the video signal. The VTR 12 continuously records the video signal of the VTR 2 after completing the recording of the video signal of the VTR 1.
