PURPOSE:To automatically set the neutral position, by providing a chuck which holds a speed change shaft, shifting and selecting actuators for moving the speed change shaft in the shifting direction and in the selecting direction, and the like. CONSTITUTION:The speed change gear is provided with the power chuck 6. The power chuck 6 is provided at the tip of a main shaft 7 so as to form a unitary body and holds the speed change shaft of a transmission. The speed change gear is provided with a shifting servocylinder 8 and selecting servocylinder 14, which are the shifting and selecting actuators for moving the speed change shaft S in the selecting direction. In this constitution, the speed change gear can be automatically set at the neutral position. |
