PURPOSE:To enable to prevent the quench of a superconductive magnet without production of void by inserting inorganic fibrous material between layers of a coil, filling resin, heating, pressurizing and hardening the filled resin, thereby sufficiently filling the resin into the interior of the coil. CONSTITUTION:Inorganic fibrous material 1 is inserted between layers of a coil 4, and the filled resin 7 is sufficiently filled through the material 1 into the interior. Since the filling property of the resin 7 is improved by the material 1, cracks of the resin 7 filled between the layers can be not only prevented but high pressure is applied, voids remaining in the coil 4 are crushed by the resin 7 and can be eliminated. Since the inorganic fibrous material 6 is covered on the exterior of the coil 4 and superconductive conductor 2 on the outer peripheral side of the coil 4 is covered with filmlike material 5, the retentivity of the resin 7 is improved, and the impregnating rate of the resin 7 is improved. Since the resin 7 is filled into the interior without void in this manner, the conductors 2 are preferably bonded between them, thereby preventing the quench of a superconductive magnet. |
