PURPOSE:To reduce the production of blur and to accelerate a scanning speed, by a method wherein an ultrasonic receiving means consists of receiver having a structure in which an audio converting element is located one-dimensionally, and the receiver turns on a receiving surface. CONSTITUTION:A detector is adapted to form a cross section image of the inside of an object to be measured which is going to be obtained on a receiving surface of a receiver 4 through an ultrasonic lens 3. The receiver 4 is driven by a motor 5 and is adapted to turn on a surface 8 whereon an image is formed. The invention device eliminates a part which generates a mechanical vibration of the inside of a device, which results in reducing the occurrence of blur, caused by a device itself, of a picture obtained as a result of scanning of the receiver, the receiver has a structure in which an audio converting element is one-dimensionally positioned, and this enables to realize an ultrasonic tomogram detector which is fast in a scanning rate. |
