PURPOSE:To prevent the displacement of a skid while running on a slope by retaining a coil-shaped heavy article or the like on a skid on a truck with a stabilizer having stoppers properly at one or more points on the truck of a trailer. CONSTITUTION:When a coil-shaped heavy article is transported with this trailer, a skid 5 is carried on a top board 4 of a truck 2 and the article 6 being transported are retained and stabilized with a retaining material 7. The truck 2 is provided with a safety device 8 to prevent deviation of the skid 5 on a slope. The safety device 8 is provided with a guide box 10 inside a reinforcing frame 9 buried inside the truck 2 and a stopper 11 is so arranged therein as to be allowed to project above or sink below the top thereof sliding vertically. A cylinder 12 is provided outside the reinforcing frame 9 and as the piston 14 thereof extends, a connection 13 rises along a guide 15 to push up the stopper 11 and projects above a top board 4 of the truck 2 therey preventing the displacement of a leg section 16 of the skid 5. |
