PURPOSE:The titled product having reduced sliding resistance to recording medium by improved lubricating properties of fluororesin, by using a fluororesin at least as part of a fixing agent to settle a magnetic core in a case, faced to sliding surface side of recording medium. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a fluororesin is used at least part of a fixing agent 6 to settle magnetic cores 4 in a case 1. Then, magnetic gaps of the magnetic cores 4 are faced a recording medium side from an opening part 1a of the case 1 formed in the recording medium side of a magnetic tape 3, the fixing agent 6 and the magnetic cores 4 are arranged in such a way that the fluororesin part is faced a sliding surface 2 of the recording medium and then the magnetic cores 4 are settled through the fixing agent 6 in the case 1 to give the aimed product. |
