PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for mounting a motor, by disengageably forming a driving cable, to which a work holder is secured, for a conveying machine and stopping the cable when disengaged to a prescribed position through a stopper mechanism to vertically move a work. CONSTITUTION:If a driving chain 1 is tightened by a tension device 9, wheels 16, 16' are spread and engaged to pawls 20, and a stopper pin 17 is lifted through arms 19. Here if a driving sprocket 2 is driven by a stationary motor, a conveying machine 7 is moved together with the chain 1. Then the pin 17 comes above a hole 6, if the chain 1 is loosened by the device 9, a distance between the wheels 16, 16' is narrowed by a spring 22 to both disengage the wheels from the pawls 20 and drop down the pin 17 into the hole 6, and the machine 7 is stopped while the sprocket 2 is rotated to lower a work holder 8, then the holder is lifted to process a work. Accordingly, the necessity for mounting a motor to the machine can be eliminated to form the machine to small size and light weight further with no suspicion of corrosion. |
