PURPOSE:To eliminate a discomfort of occupants by arranging such that a fan may be started to operate even if a room humidity detected by a humidity controlling device is lower than a preset level in a preset time duration after a temporary standstill of fan adapted to blow an air into a room side heat exchanger when a compressor is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A humidity controlling device 203 and a temperature controlling device 204 are designed to close and open respectively at a higher and lower humidity and temperature in a room where an air conditioning equipment is operated. A switch 205 for switching between a cooling and dehumidifying operations is designed to bring its contacts A and B, and A and C to come into contact each other at cooling and dehumidifying operations respectively. When a room humidity is lowered than a preset level, the switch 205 is caused to close for stopping a compressor 101 and an outside fan 110. After a preset time duration, opening of the time switch 209 can cause an operating section 207a of relay 207 to open for closing the switch part 207b, thereby restarting merely a room side fan 109, even though the room humidity is low enough to keep a humidity controlling device closed. |
