PURPOSE:To reduce the space required for installation, by constituting a linear air outlet opening by constructing a shutter case from an air-flow controlling shutter capable of controlling the flow rate of air supplied from the air outlet opening, a flow straightener and guide vanes assembled together in a compact structure, and arranging a plurality of such shutter cases longitudinally in a duct. CONSTITUTION:An air passage 10a is formed on the inside of a shutter case 10 and an air-flow controlling shutter 11 is disposed on the upstream side of the passage 10a. A flow straightening plate 12 is disposed at a position a certain distance spaced from the shutter 11. Two guide vanes 14 opposed toward each other are supported at a face part 13 in a pivotally movable manner. A plurality of shutter cases 10 are fixed longitudinally in a duct 16 to constitute a linear air outlet opening. Air flow through the air outlet opening is made uniform by changing the angle of the shutters 11 from the front side of air outlet ports 13a by manipulating a shutter actuating gear means 17 via gears and thereby balancing the air-flow rate through the air outlet port of the linear air outlet opening. On the other hand, the reach and the direction of the air flow supplied from the opening are changed by moving the opposed two guide vanes 14 at the face part 13. |
