<p>NEW MATERIAL:The heptadecapeptide of formulaI(X is H or benzyloxycarbonyl) and its salt. USE:Synthetic intermediate of secretin. The fragment of formulaI is condensed with the novel fragment of formula II to obtain a protected secretin, from which all protecting groups are removed in one step to obtain secretin easily. PROCESS:The peptide of formula III is condensed with the Z-removed peptide of formula IV to obtain the heptadecapetide of formulaI. The condensation reaction is carried out by dissolving N-hydroxysuccinimide and the peptide of formula III in DMF, adding the hydrochloride of the Z-removed product obtained by reducing the protecting group Z of the peptide of formula IV to the solution, mixing the solution with a DMF solution of N-methyl morpholine, and reacting the components with each other at a low temperature in the presence of DCC as a condensation agent.</p> |
