PURPOSE:To make the load proportional to the exhaust gas recirculation quantity by a structure wherein an exhaust gas recirculation valve to the diaphragm chamber side of which negative pressure values inversely proportional to the negative pressure values insuction pipe is given, and an inversely proportion al type negative pressure control valve, the inlet port of which is connected at the midway to an auxiliary suction air passage, are provided. CONSTITUTION:Negative pressure at a first negative pressure port 24 located just upstream the fully closed position of a throttle valve is introduced through a first negative pressure passage 26 to the diaphragm chamber 22 of the exhaust gas recirculation valve 18 and yet a pressure regulating valve 30 equipped with an exhaust pressure chamber, to which exhaust pressure is applied through an exhaust pressure passage 42', is provided in the midway of the first negative pressure passage 26. Negative pressure signal from the inversely proportional type negative pressure control valve 42 is introduced through a second negative pressure passage 45 to the diaphragm chamber 34 of the pressure regulating valve 30. Because the control valve 42 dilutes the negative pressure generated in the auxiliary suction air passage 44 with the atmosphere when the negative pressure valve in suction pipe is high, the branch pipe 26a of the pressure regulating valve 30 is open by the diaphragm 32 of the valve 30, resulting in reducting the exhaust gas recirculation quantity. |
