PURPOSE:To bring easily an objective visual field in the center of a picture by perparing a magnification expanding means, which expands automatically the magnification of a sample on a picture, and a sample transfer means, which transfers the sample in the optional direction at the time of operation thereof. CONSTITUTION:A mirror column 1 having a beam scanning coil 2 is provided with a driving part 3 having a sample stand 3a and transferable in the directions X and Y by means of step motors 6 and 7. And the ssignals of an on-and-off switch 11, the lowest magnification setting swtich 12, a zoom number setting switch 13 and a zooming time setting switch 14 are put in a microcomputer 10 to control a scanning width changer 4, pulse generators 8 and 9 through the opeation of a joystick 15. Consequently, the sample is made to transfer toward the center of magnification of a zoom wobbler on a CRT picture to be able to be positioned in the center thereof by bringing down the joystick, thus to reduce labor for realizing a high magnification picture. |
