PURPOSE:To perform a series of manufacturing process in the process of rotating a bulb by a method wherein a horizontal axis is provided with a rotary substrate holding an electric bulb through a center bulb, while arranging a heating burner above and a cooling liquid tank down. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal rotary axis 2 is provided with a rotary substrate 3, whereon a head 4 holding a bulb 5 through a center bulb 7 is mounted, while arranging a heating burner 10 above and a cooling liquid tank 12 down. And with rotation of the rotary substrate 3, such processes as a leak test, a heating-and- exhaust process, lighting, a gas process, a cooling process together with a seal cut process in liquid nitrogen are carried out in the positions A, B, C, D and E respectively. Accordingly, as there is no heating of the device itself with the heating burner 10, thermal damage of the device can be well checked, while there is no obstruction of an exhaust pipe 6 when performing cooling, thus to sharply improve the working efficiency. |
