PURPOSE:To prevent the dew condensation on the surface of cooling tube by a method wherein a dew point temperature of air is calculated utilizing each detecting signal to control cooling water volume supplied for an air cooler so that the cooling tube temperature may be maintained higher than the dew point temperature. CONSTITUTION:The detecting data processor 29 processes temperature of air coming in and going out of air cooler 2 detected by various detecting elements, humidity of the air, surface temperature of cooling tubes 10, temperature of cooling water, voltage, current and internal temperature of rotary electric machine 1. The dew point temperature processor 30 calculates the dew point temperature of air utilizing a part of detected data. The pertinent water volume processor 31 calculates the detected data and the pertinent value of cooling water volume supplied for the air cooler 2 from dew point temperature to supply water volume controller with them. Through these procedures, the surface of cooling water tube may be prevented from dew condensation. |
