The invention relates to an apparatus for erecting a prefabricated room for living purposes and is characterised by an outer shuttering (1) which bounds the outer lateral face of the building product to be constructed and an inner frame, to which an inner shuttering is connected and which bounds the inner lateral face of the building product and, co-operating with the outer shuttering (1), defines an interspace for casting the side walls of the building product. Connected to the said inner frame is an upper platform for receiving the filling of an upper covering, which is constructed with the said side walls as one body. The walls (3) of the outer shuttering (1) are displaceable outwards and the walls of the inner shuttering are displaceable inwards, in order to permit removal of the building product, having the side walls and the upper covering in the form of a body. <IMAGE>
