摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable the high speed winding operation of a coil, by a method wherein spiral metal layers are formed on both sides of a base film, said metal layers are connected by means of through-hole conductors, and the resultant coil composite body is bent to the zigzag pattern. CONSTITUTION:Copper foils 2a and 2b are bonded to both sides of a base film 1 to form a composite ribbon 3. The ribbon 3 is provided with through-holes 41, 42, ... of the fixed pattern longitudinally thereon. Then, spiral metal layer patterns are formed on the both sides of the composite ribbon 3 on the basis of the through-holes 41, 42, .... These metal layers are continuously connected by means of the through-hole conductors to form a coil composite body. The coil composite body is then bent to the zigzag pattern, taking one spiral as the unit, to form one laminate coil body. Accordingly, the high speed winding operation of a coil is possible.</p>
