<p>PURPOSE:To enable miniaturization, and to reduce signal deterioration, by a method wherein two rotary side coils are wound on a split core which is magnetically separated for the time-division signal transmission. CONSTITUTION:A rotary side core 9 is quartered by 90 deg.. Circular grooves 11A and 11B are formed on both sides of the aplit core 10A and 10B, respectively, and coils 12A and 1''B of the rotary side are wound along the grooves, respectively. A fixed side core 16 is equi-split by 180 deg.. A circular groove 19 is also formed on both sides of one of the split core 17, and a fixed side coil 20 is wound along the goove 19. The coil 20 serves for both two channel coils of the rotary side 12A and 12B. Accordingly, employing only one groove for coil winding, the two coils of the rotary side can be separated magnetically, and signal deterioration can be reduced. Further, as the groove for coil winding is only one, the radius of the core may be made smaller, thus the whole body may be made smaller.</p> |
