PURPOSE:To obtain a soft vinylchloride resin molded product suitable for use in an electric wire covering, etc., shortened in processes with saved resources, by making a sol-like homogeneous mixture from a vinylchloride series polymer and a plasticizer, feeding it directly to a heated extruder and performing extrusion molding continuously. CONSTITUTION:A sol or slurry like homogeneous mixture is made from 100pts. wt. a vinylchloride series polymer (preferably, a polymer having an average polymerization degree above 1,400) and preferably more than 50pts.wt. of a plasticizer (e.g. an n-butyl phthalate). Said material is fed directly to a heated extruder and extrusion molded continuously. USE:For a super soft vinylchloride resin compound, etc. |
