PURPOSE:To make transmitting operation easy, to eliminate misdialing and to insert a document, by forming a document list to be transmitted and a subscriber information list separately, and designating the document and additional transmitting conditions and a remote terminal from the list for transmission. CONSTITUTION:A document forming machine with communicating function is taken as an example. The document information is stored in an RAM1 and written in a floppy disc FD to have non-volatility. Reference information is formed to a formed document, stored in an RAM2 and written in the FD. The subscriber information is stored in an RAM3 similarly and written in the FD. The abbreviation of the subscriber information list is returned to the caller in response to the incoming call, the propriety of the communication is discriminated depending on the correction, and it is important for the prevention of mis-dialing. The insertion is replaced with the inserting information to a designation area of the document information at communication. |
