PURPOSE:To obtain a testing device of electric parts, which is capable of executing a test of observation of a waveform of the electric parts, etc. under the condition which is very similar to the state that it is always installed, by providing >=3 rows electric connecting contacts on a distributing board 2, and electrically connecting each symmetrical row by setting the center row a reference. CONSTITUTION:Contacts 3 whose one group consists of 3 rows are provided on a distributing board 2. A center row 3a of each row of the contacts 3 becomes a reference, and each symmetrical row 3b, 3c is connected electrically. A printed distributing board to be tested 5 which is installed to the distributing board 2 is provided with a contact plug 4 having 2 rows of electric connecting contacts 4a, and the printed distributing board to be tested 5 is constituted so as to be installed by use of the reference contact row 3a and the contact row 3b, when executing a test. Accordingly, if the test is executed in this state, a signal can be propagated to the printed distributing board to be tested 5 in the entirely same way as the time when it is always installed, and a propagation delay of a signal, rounding of a signal waveform, and influence of crosstalk are also reduced, therefore, its effect is extremely remarkable. |
