摘要 <p>This device is provided for changing the travel direction of battery-operated drive vehicles with thyristor control of the electrical energy and travel direction change by reversing the direction of the fields of travel motors, all the contacting devices being encapsulated in a pressure proof manner with spark formation. Instead of electromagnetic protections, a contact system is provided in which in each case the central contact of three fixed contacts (4) is connected either to one or other external contact (4) with the aid of a moveable slide contact (8). In each case two such pole-changing switches are required for switching over a travel motor. In a drive vehicle with two travel motors, four individual pole-changing switches (2) are thus necessary and are arranged in a space-saving manner in a star shape and their slide contacts (8) are mechanically connected to one another and can be moved simultaneously and in the same direction with the aid of a reversing lift magnet (16). <IMAGE></p>
