Mounted at the end of a supporting arm attached to a front loader is a swivel arm which carries a cutting cylinder situated above a front shovel. The rotating cutting cylinder cuts fodder from a bunker silo. The cutting cylinder is driven via a hydraulic motor. If the oil stream flowing to the hydraulic motor is switched over by switching over the control valve, the cutting cylinder is halted and a pressure-medium cylinder swivels the cutting cylinder into the front shovel, the front shovel thereby being better filled with fodder. <IMAGE>
