Material containers assembled from trapezoidal sheets serve merely for accommodating material and tools, etc. They are therefore intended only to form a weather-resistant, theft-proof box which, of course, is to be capable of being produced as cheaply as possible. This cheap production is achieved, according to the invention, in that the bottom part is not a steel structure, as in the known material containers, but only a reinforced chipboard, and in that the wall parts and the roof part are equipped with hook-shaped hollow profiles, by means of which the individual parts can be assembled in a modular manner without the use of further fastening means. <IMAGE>
