PURPOSE:To obtain an efficient device, by superposing two pairs or more of piezoelectric effect elements wherein piezoelectric bodies with different dipole moments each other are provided by sandwiching electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric films 2 and 3 with different dipole moments are inserted as fixed between a flexible electrode 1 of spring metal and a metallic plate 4, and adhered to the electrodes 1 and 4 by Ag paste, etc. into the combination in multi-layers. When the flexible plate 1 is bent, a power at a low voltage and large current can be obtained in terminals 5 and 6, and accordingly a piezoelectric device of good efficiency can be obtained. |
