PURPOSE:To obtain the titled silicon steel plate by hot rolling a steel blank contg. specified amounts of C, Si, Mn and S and/or Se, subjecting the hot rolled plate to cold rolling, process annealing and final cold rolling at a specified draft, and carrying out decarburization annealing and final annealing under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:A steel blank having a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.02-0.1% C, 2.5-4% Si, 0.02-0.15% Mn, 0.008-0.08% S and/or Se and the balance Fe is hot rolled. The hot rolled plate is cold rolled, process-annealed, and cold rolled to the final thickness at 50-75% draft. The resulting steel plate is subjected to decarburization annealing at 100-400 deg.C/min heating rate from 600 deg.C-700 deg.C in the heating stage to adjust the recrystallization rate of the plate to 10-50%. The plate is further subjected to final annealing at 820-900 deg.C to well grow the secondarily recrystallized grains having (110) 001 orientation. |
