PURPOSE:To compensate the output of synchronism in the data transfer process produced betweem data communication devices, by abolishing a new data transfer request generated from the data communication equipment, until the synchronism of data transfer procedure is established. CONSTITUTION:After a data communication device 1 transmits a data c1, even if remainders d11-d1n of a prescribed number of times are transmitted, and a reception response b12 is not received from a data communication device 2, a procedure controller 315 of a relay device 31 waits for the synchronism and the state is informed to a relay device 32 with a retrial-out report (f). A procedure controller 325 of the relay device 32 waits for the synchronism, the state is released with the return of the response b12 of the communication device 2 and the release of the synchronism waiting is informed to the relay device 31 with the report (f). The new data transfer request a21 transmitted from the device 1 and the response b12 returned from the device 2 are blocked for transmission with the relay devices 31, 32. |
