It is known to equip motor vehicles with 3-point working hydraulics and single-phase rapid-action couplers. These single-phase rapid-action couplers, usually triangles with locking elements, have however the disadvantage that they are not laterally movable. In practical use, the processing of edges and a working width compensation of the motor vehicle with respect to the working machine, particularly when going round a bend and working on a slope, is not possible (when travelling over harvested material with the tractor rear wheels). The invention is based on the object of constructing a rapid-action coupler in such a way that it is laterally displaceable. The problem has been solved in that the coupling triangle is movably mounted on a transverse carrier. Between the coupling triangle and transverse carrier a drive is attached. A special upper link, provided with an additional rotary joint and a running roller, which on the tractor side is mounted on a running rail ensures favourable matching to the floor and a constantly identical upper link length. The main areas of application are the tractor industry and agricultural machinery industry.
