PURPOSE:To obtain the uniform quantity of light from a lamp with less brightness and to reduce the size of a device by reflecting illumination light plural times. CONSTITUTION:Lower and upper reflecting umbrellas 11 and 12 have reflecting surfaces (a) and (b) constituted by utilizing curved surfaces of two circular curves alpha and beta partially. At a focal point part gamma common formed of the curves alpha and beta, an illumination lamp 6 made of a transparent enclosure tube containing plural light emitting segments arrayed lengthwise is positioned. Light from the lamp 6 is reflected by the surfaces (a) and (b) and the reflected light from the surface (a) is passed through an illumination opening 13 to be focused on an original part X. The reflecting light from the surface (b), on the other hand, is reflected by a secondary reflecting surface (c) to travel from the illumination opening 13 in parallel to the light from the surface (a); and the illumination lights from the surfaces (a) and (b) coincides with each other on the focal plane of the original part X to be focused. |
