PURPOSE:To make it possible to hold pressure equilibrium between two liquids regardless of absolute pressures of both liquids, by a method wherein, if the pressure of one liquid becomes high on the basis of the pressure of the other liquid mutually, a pipeline and a return orifice are communicated to leak the former liquid. CONSTITUTION:Pipelines 5 through which each liquids are flowed are formed to a pair of vessel bodies 11 and pistons 3, 4 are respectively inlaid with and inserted into a pair of cylinders 1, 2 having different diameters and communicated with the pipeline 5 thorugh which one liquid is flowed at each one ends thereof while a return orifice 6 opened and closed by sliding the piston 3 is provided to the cylinder 1 of a small diameter side. On the other hand, pistons 3, 4 are respectively inlaid with and inserted into a pair of cylinders 1, 2 having different diameters and communicated with the pipeline 5 through which the other liquid is flowed at each one ends thereof while a return orifice 6 opened and closed by sliding a piston 3 is provided to the cylinder 1 of a small diameter side. In addition, each other ends of a pair of the pistons 3, 4 to which the pressure of one liquid is applied are confronted with each one ends while each other ends of a pair of the pistons 3, 4 to which the pressure of the other liquid is applied are confronted with each one ends thereof so as to be mutually contacted between the pistons with different diameters. |
