<p>This bracket comprises a rear bearing face (5) and a flexible link (6) suitable for gripping around the pole (14) and one of the ends of which is engaged in a ratchet mechanism (11), while the other end is latched onto (8) on the other side of the bracket. To facilitate the placing of this bracket on a pole (14), it comprises, on the one hand, at the lateral ends of its bearing face (5), faces (7) for contact with the flexible link, and on the other hand, two detachable vertical pins (8-9) of which at least one (9) forms a device for guiding the flexible link and a hinge pin for a connecting rod (10) carrying at its other end the ratchet mechanism (11) and, in addition, a vertical guide pin (13) forming a return for the part of the flexible link (6) penetrating into the ratchet mechanism (11). <IMAGE></p> |
