PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of dew condensation on a cabinet surface and to prevent dropping of dew condensated water on a floor surface and contamination of cloth by water drops, by a method wherein a projection in a lateral direction and/or notches in a longitudinal direction are provided in a surface of a front cabinet between an air outlet and an air inlet. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of notches 8 in a longitudinal direction are provided in a cabinet 5 surface, and notches 9 and 10 with a concave corner are formed in B parts 7, 7 where the upper and lower parts of the cabinet 5 are folded back. Cold air 3 directing downward from an outlet part 4 is guided by the notch 7 at the upper part of the cabinet 5, and flows downward through the notches 8 in the longitudinal direction. A groove 8 and the vicinity thereof are easy to dew-condensate, dew condensated water 11 in the vicinity of the groove part flows in the groove 8, and flows in a machine along the notches 10. When a projection 12 is formed in a lateral direction on the cabinet 5 surface, an air flow above and below the projection is such that cold air 3 falls along the cabinet 5 surface from above, flows along the projection and in a direction parting from the cabinet 5, meanwhile, the flow of indoor air 1 rises from below, the flow also runs along the projection 12 and in a direction parting from the cabinet 5, the two flows join together at a C range 17 away from the cabinet 5 surface, and thus, dew condensation is difficult to occur on the cabinet 5 surface. |
