<p>PURPOSE:To improve the using efficiency of a packet communication network, by providing a device that detects the state of the network, then changing dynamically the originator of a packet, therefore, operating in avoiding the network which has a trouble or is occupied for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:A network state detector 32 monitors the state of a network switch 30 of 2-input/2-output which forms a network and detects a faulty switch or a switch that is occupied for transferring a long packet. When the switch 30 is detected at the i-th stage, it is impossible to transfer a packet which has an originating address and a destination address corresponding to the switch 30 owing to the switch 30. The detector 32 transfers the destination address and its corresponding mask to a rearrangement switch 33 having above-mentioned in an input packet rearranging device 31.</p> |
