PURPOSE:To convert solar energy into electric energy, to convert electric energy into thermal energy again, to accumulate heat and to improve the utilization rate of energy by using a thermoelectric composite heat collector, driving an air-cooling machine by electricity generated by the heat collector and executing air conditioning while cold-heat accumulating heat to be obtained. CONSTITUTION:The heat collector 1 consists of the thermoelectric composite heat collector in which a plurality of solar cells 3 are fitted onto the surface of a heat collecting plate 2, a heat accumulating tank 5 is connected to the load side of an air conditioner 4 and the air conditioner is driven by the electricity of the tank and air-conditioning operation is executed, low-temperature heat is generated in summer and high-temperature heat in winter, and the heat is stored. On the other hand, the heat collecting plate 2 is connected to a heat collecting water path 6 consisting of a water pump 7 and a heat accumulating tank 8. There is no necessity for using a battery because electric energy directly operates the air conditioner 4, generates cold and hot water 13 and is stored into the heat accumulating tank 5. Heat which has been radiated can be utilized for heating by the heat collecting plate, and the utilization rate of energy per unit heat collecting area reaches twice as large as the conventional systems. |
