PURPOSE:To set up a heat exchanger easily, and to reduce the vibration of a core in case of revolution by forming a conical projection to the core plate of the heat exchanger or a driving plate connected to a driving motor shaft. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanger 10 is manufactured by winding thin corrugated hardpaper 1b and corrugated cardboard base material paper, which is formed by winding the thin corrugated hardpaper, onto the core plate 10a, and a plurality of holes 9b are bored to the core plate 10a at regular intervals. The conical projections 9a are formed to the driving plate 9, to which a motor 3 for driving is fixed and which drives revolution, at regular intervals, and the conical projections are formed so that the root sections of the driving plate are made the same as the size of the holes 9b formed to the core plate 10a. When the heat exchanger 10 is set up to the driving plate 9, the hole 10a formed to the heat exchanger 10 is inserted while using the conical projections 9a of the driving plate 9 as guides first. Butterfly screws 8 are fitted and screwed continuously to the holes of the residual sections of a plurality of the holes formed. In this case, the screws fit gradually to the hole 10a and are fixed strongly when they are tightened at all times because said projections 9a have conical shape. |
