PURPOSE:To reduce the number of installing processes of heat insulating members to improve an assembly efficiency, and to prevent leakage of exhaust gas from an exhaust duct, by a method wherein the heat insulating member is installed on the upper plate of a heating chamber, the one end of the insulating member is secured by a clamping part monolithically united with the exhaust duct, and the other end is fastened by a different clamping metal. CONSTITUTION:A first main exhaust duct 2 and a second auxiliary exhaust duct 3 are connected to a heating chamber 1. A temperature sensor 4 or a humidity sensor 5 are mounted on the auxiliary exhaust duct 3, exhaust gas flowing therethrough joins the main exhaust duct 2, and is exhausted to the outside of a cooker. The main exhaust duct 2 is connected to a housing chamber 7 of a blast circulating fan 6 to exhaust a part of hot blast through a main exhaust port 8. A gas burner 9 is located below the housing chamber 7. An upper plate 10 of the heating chamber 1 is thermally insulated with an insulating member 12 since an upper case 11 is also heated to high temperature. One side of the insulating member 12 is monolithically connected to one side of the auxiliary exhaust duct 3, and is secured by a clamping part 3a. Namely, the auxiliary exhaust duct 3 is fastened by a screw 13, and the insulating member 12 is also secured by the screw 13. The other side is fastened by a clamping metal 15 secured by a screw 14. |
