PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of blotches in a laver sheet caused by the dripping of water droplet during laver sheet preparation process, by absorbing the water attached to the lower face of a laver dispersion tank with a sponge. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of laver and water stored in the tank 6 is poured through the feeding ports 7 and the through-holes 7', 7'' to the screen 4 on the conveyor 5 which is at a stop under the through-holes. The laver is screened with the screen 4 in a square frame 17 which is lowered and brought into contact with the screen 4, and the water is flowed downward through the screen 4 and the perforated plate 18 supporting the screen 4. Thereafter, the valve 8 and the vertically movable plate 14 are lowered to close the feeding ports 7 and stop the supply of the mixture of laver and water, and at the same time, the sponge 15 is expanded by the lowering of the plate 14, and the water attached to the lower face of the tank 6 is absorbed in the sponge 15. |
