A flame-retarded polystyrene composition which does not bloom comprising at least about 50 percent (by combined weight of polystyrene, poly ¢brominated phenylene oxide!, and enhancing agent) of high impact polystyrene, from about 9 to 22 percent (by weight) of poly(brominated phenylene oxide), and from 1 to about 10 percent (by weight) of enhancing agent is disclosed. |
