PURPOSE:To detect the position of a moving light source on real-times basis by equipping the 1st and the 2nd photodetecting elements which have photodetection surfaces arranged at right angles and a half-mirror slanting at 45 degrees to both photodetecting elements. CONSTITUTION:A position detector has the half-mirror 6 incorporated on a diagonal of a transparent cubic body 5 at 45 degrees to the rear and bottom surfaces of the cubic body 5, in front of which a condenser lens 7 is arranged in such a way that its optical axis 7a is at 45 degrees to the half-mirror 6. On the rear surface of the cubic body 5, one photodetecting element 9 is arranged together with an ND filter 8 and on the bottom surface, the other photodetecting element 10 is arranged. With this constitution, the position of a moving light source to be inspected is detected successively on real-time basis. |
