PURPOSE:To make the body small-sized and reduce the pressure loss, by incorporating an output adjuster in a solenoid valve to perform the flow control and the pressure control with one valve hole in the piping system of a fluid. CONSTITUTION:A pressure adjuster P incorporating a material operated in accordance with pressure is attached to a body of a solenoid valve, where opening and closing of a valve hole 19 between an entrance port 16 and an exit port of the fluid are controlled by a valve body 12 driven by an electromagnet M, as one body, and two pressure acting chambers 22 and 23 constituted with the material operated in accordance with pressure and the side of an exit port 17 of the body 1 are connected through a connection hole 28 to lead in a secondary pressure. Thus, the valve body 12 is pressed to and separated from one valve hole 19 by the electromagnet M to control the flow, and a blocking member 33 is allowed to approach and is separated from the valve hole 19 by an operation diaphragm d1 and a balance diaphragm d2 to control the pressure. |
