PURPOSE:To make it possible to unify the configuration of tools by using a tool holder mounting in common with a machining center mounting part. CONSTITUTION:A tool mounting part is made in the same structure as that of a tool holder mounting part on a machining center, and a spring member always acting on a lifting collet pawl in the lifting direction and a lever 29 for lifting or releasing the collet pawl 26 are provided. Further, a unclamp cylinder mechanism 30 which operates to force the lever 29 to realse the collet pawl 26 at a tool holder 21 exchanging position and a clamp cylinder mechanism 33 which acts to forcibly lift the collet pawl 26 at a position of using a tool are also provided. Accordingly, an automatic tool exchanging cutter holder capable of using a tool on a machine center in common can be obtained. |
