<p>The invention concerns a method and a device for the introduction of a powder material into a pneumatic transport line with the aid of a screw transporter 1 that feeds the material into a mixing chamber 2 attached to the line, into which chamber pressurised air is blown for dispersion of the powder. According to the method, the frictional losses in the screw transporter are monitored by measuring the load on the drive motor of the screw 8, whereby frictional losses are prevented from exceeding a predetermined value in that at least one of the quantities that determine the load is controlled, preferably through pressurised air being blown into the screw transporter and/or the rate of revolution of the screw being reduced. <IMAGE></p> |
