PURPOSE:To improve diagnostic resolution, by multiplexing and generating plural pieces of characteristic-compressed information of node output of a logical card at initial time-division points and increasing the number of pieces of effective information. CONSTITUTION:A pattern from a pattern generation part 31 is applied to a normal logical card 30 and outputs of respective nodes are compressed by a CRC generation part 32. Those pieces of characteristic-compressed information are outputted through a gate 38 controlled by the output of a comparing circuit 37 when the contents of a time-division point memory 35 coincide with those of a pattern counter 36 and in the CRC data memory 33a of a control processor 33, multiplexed time-division compressed characteristics of the initial output of every node are stored. Then, corresponding compressed characteristics by a logidal card to be tested are compared with the storage contents of the memory 33a to make a decision whether good or bad. This system which increases the number of pieces of initial effective information without feedback interruption improves diagnostic resolution. |
